Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on August 20, 2025.

VOID WALKERS is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and follow accessibility best practices across design, content, and code.

Measures we take

  • Design with accessibility in mind (color contrast, clear hierarchy, readable type)

  • Semantic HTML and WAI-ARIA where appropriate

  • Keyboard-only navigation and visible focus states

  • Descriptive link text and button labels

  • Alt text for meaningful images; decorative images marked accordingly

  • Form labels, instructions, and error messages that are programmatically associated

  • Captions for videos we publish and transcripts for long-form audio

  • Minimized motion/animation; respect for users’ prefers-reduced-motion

  • Ongoing manual and automated testing during releases

Conformance status

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA. While many parts of the site already meet these criteria, some areas are still being improved. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort.

Known limitations

  • User-generated content (UGC): Customer photos or reviews may lack alt text or ideal contrast.

  • Third-party apps/widgets: Embedded services (e.g., payment checkouts, social embeds, analytics, review widgets) are provided by external vendors and may not fully support all assistive technologies. We choose accessible options where possible and raise issues with vendors.

If you encounter an issue, please let us know so we can fix it.

Technical specs & compatibility

This website relies on HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. It is designed to work with:

  • Current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge

  • Current versions of iOS and Android mobile browsers

  • Common assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and speech recognition software

Older browsers or highly customized environments may experience reduced support.

Feedback & support

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of VOID WALKERS. If you have trouble using the site, need an alternative format, or wish to report a barrier, contact us:

  • Email: vicky@texstone.com

  • What to include: Page URL, a description of the issue, the assistive technology/browser you’re using, and any screenshots if possible.

We strive to respond within 2 business days and to provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is a continual process. We review our site at least quarterly, train our team on inclusive practices, and prioritize fixes that have the greatest impact for users with disabilities.
