Shipping Policy — VOID WALKERS

Carrier: USPS
Processing Time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM PT ship same business day; others ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard (USPS Ground Advantage / First-Class): 2–5 business days; most orders arrive within 3–7 days nationwide.

  • Expedited (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days.

  • Express (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1–2 days to most U.S. addresses.

 

Transit times are USPS estimates after pickup. Weather or carrier issues may cause delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level (USPS live rates).

  • Optional: Free standard shipping over a set threshold (e.g., $75).

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link is emailed when your label is created. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after USPS receives the package.

Delivery Areas

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • International shipping: Not available yet.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately—we’ll try to update before dispatch but can’t guarantee changes after fulfillment.

  • Undeliverable/returned packages can be re-shipped; additional postage may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing:

  • Check with household members and neighbors,

  • Look for a USPS notice of attempted delivery,

  • Contact your local post office.

  • After these steps, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date; we’ll assist with a USPS Missing Mail or Package Research request. Replacements/refunds are case-by-case.

Damaged in Transit

  • Email photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a USPS claim and arrange a replacement.

Preorders/Backorders

  • Items marked Preorder/Backorder ship on the stated release window. Mixed orders may ship together when all items are available (or separately if you choose split shipping at checkout).

Holiday & Weather Delays

  • During peak seasons or severe weather, USPS may experience delays. We’ll ship on time from our side and share updates if carriers post service alerts.

Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return window for most new, unworn items. See our Return Policy for instructions and exclusions.
