Refund & Returns Policy — VOID WALKERS

1) Return Window & Eligibility

  • 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Item must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Include all accessories/free gifts that came with the item.

2) Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn/washed items, items with odors, stains, pet hair, or visible wear

  • Returns without a valid order number/RMA

3) How to Start a Return

Email vicky@texstone.com with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[your order number]

  • Body: Item(s) you’re returning, reason for return, and photos if there’s an issue (damage/defect/wrong item).

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, if approved, an RMA and shipping options.

4) Return Shipping Options (USPS)

  • We can issue a prepaid USPS label and deduct the label cost from your refund; or

  • You may ship with your own carrier with tracking. (We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.)

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we cover 100% of return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5) Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered to our facility, allow 3–5 business days for inspection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if requested). Your bank/card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

  • If an order included a bundle/discount, partial returns may reduce or remove the discount; refunds are adjusted accordingly.

6) Exchanges

Fastest method: return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size/style.
If you prefer a direct exchange and inventory is available, email vicky@texstone.com and we’ll try to arrange it.

7) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Email photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll replace or refund after verification and provide a prepaid USPS label if needed.

8) Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find the package:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors,

  2. Look for a USPS notice,

  3. Contact your local post office.
    If still missing, email us within 7 days; we’ll help file a USPS search/claim. Resolutions are handled case-by-case.

9) Order Cancellations & Edits

Orders can be canceled/edited before fulfillment only. We move fast—email vicky@texstone.com ASAP and we’ll do our best.

10) International Orders

International shipping is not available at this time.
